Current Teachings Practices

The official reminder has not gone out but thought you might want to plan to participate in the fire puja Sunday.

I do not think we will have kalachakra this week.

Dear friends,
The Chinese new year begins on January 23.

We will celebrate at Dorje ling with a FIRE PUJA
on Sunday January 22 @ 9 am followed by Green Tara chanting .
Please plan to attend and bring any of the following:
alcohol to offer —this will be put on the fire.
food things for the fire—things that burn easily.
your own intention of what you’d like to clear and what you are intending to add.

To prepare for the fire Puja , we will have a group Gompa clearing in Saturday January 21 @ 3 pm.
Bring any cleaning supplies that you might have.
This is a traditional way to not only earn merit for more prosperity for the new year and
also more clarity in your spiritual work.

Join us this FRIDAY @ 7:30 pm to study Way of the Bodhisattva.
All are welcome. We’ll use HHDL commentary (A Flash of Lightening or, the newer reprint, For the benefit of all Sentient beings) .
We will cover chapter 6 (Patience)

Sunday CHANTING
10:30 am GREEN TARA for peace and prosperity.

    Tashi Delek!

I was wondering what activities are currently being held at the DorjeLing Center in Atlanta. I am aspiring to deepen my practice in Vajrayana tradition. I would be geatly appreciative for any information, or schedule that you could offer.

    Many blessings,
